Brunnschweiler has participated in the project developed by Smurfit Kappa for the rebuild of a fluting machine in the mill of Saillat sur Vienne (France).  This machine replaces PM-3 and integrates materials recuperated from the former PM-2 of Alaincourt mill together with new equipments, after being completely adapted and renovated.  This new PM-5 will produce fluting paper at 1150 m/min, being designed to operate at 1300 m/min.
 
Brunnschweiler has supplied the aerothermic installation in pre and afterdrying section, the blowing and recovery system as well as the steam installation.  The project includes one Circofloat deflector and several stabilizer boxes, our type PSE, COSTAB, TE and CBE-HP, together with ventilation boxes type OPB, TV and FELTBOX and the exhaust system for the vacuum rolls in unifelt sections.
