Once more, Spanish Saica group has put its trust in Brunnschweiler technology for the supply of the drying and ventilation system for its new board machine, to be installed in Great Britain. PM-11 will be located in Partington, south Manchester, and will start-up in the beginning of 2012. Designed to run at 1,500 m/min, this machine will produce 425,000 ton per year of testliner and fluting, from 100% recycled material.

Tissue World Americas Exhibition, the meeting for main tissue producers and machine suppliers, took place in Miami (Florida) last 24, 25 and 26 March. Brunnschweiler presented a paper titled “Dust Extraction and Sheet Hygiene in Final Products in Converting Operations”.

BRUNNSCHWEILER has recently renewed the certification of its Quality Management System according to the standard ISO 9001:2008. This certification confirms the good practice of BRUNNSCHWEILER and recognizes the maturity and efficiency of its Quality Management System, as well as its engagement with the continuous improvement.

Last October two new machines started up, PM-9 and PM-10 of Tiger paper group Yueyang Paper Co. Brunnschweiler has participated in this big project with the supply of the aerothermic installation and the ventilation system for both machines, including high performance closed hoods.
