  Nine Dragons Taicang PM5 Stabilization Project
  Brunnschweiler Shanghai Air Technology has received the order from Nine Dragons Taicang Mill for the modification of the stabilization in the 3rd group dryers.  The first step was the supply of three stabilizer boxes, one box transfer between dryer groups (our type TE) and two stabilizer boxes for the displacement roll (our type CBE).  The actual project constitutes the second step of the modifications and includes the supply of one TE box and seven CBE boxes.

The PM5 of Taicang is a machine producing Test liner paper, 6885 mm wide, with a present speed of 1050 m/min (future speed of 1150 m/min).
 
  Brunnschweiler supplies the aerothermic installation for APP Tjiwi Kimia
  The PM-12 of APP Tjiwi Kimia will start in the beginning of 2006 to produce coated base paper, 3450 mm wide, with a maximum machine speed of 600 m/min.  Brunnschweiler has supplied the aerothermic installation, hall ventilation system and the sheet stabilization devices.

The scope of supply includes two closed hoods, one in the predrying section and the other one in the afterdrying section, 39 m and 8 m long respectively and 8,25 m wide.  Brunnschweiler has also supplied the basement closure and the exhaust and blowing system to the machine.  Sheet stabilization units have been supplied to include blow boxes (pocket and felt boxes) and stabilization boxes (our types PSE, PE and UFE).  The ventilation system comprises the false ceiling, blowing groups to machine hall and false ceiling and hall exhaust groups.  Brunnschweiler has also supplied part of the steam installation engineering.
 
  SCA Le Theil gets a complet Dust Control System from Brunnschweiler
  Brunnschweiler has supplied a Dust Removal system for the Alpha 2 converting line of SCA Le Theil (France), which started in October 2005.  This is a 2.7 m wide machine with two paper plies.

This is a turn-key project and it has been developped for a dust level guarantee of 3 mg/m³.  Basic equipment includes dust removal hoods (machine and floor sweep), sheet cleaning headers, ductwork and fans (exhaust and blowing).  Filtration system has been made by means of a drum filter including passive filters which reaches emissions level to atmosphere less than or equal to 0.4 mg/m³.  This project includes, as notable equipment, a fire detection and extinguish system (by means of CO2), a briquetting unit for compacting the machine exhaust dust and one integral control system by means of a colour touch panel.
 
  Brunnschweiler acquires Kleissler's Intelectual Property
  Brunnschweiler USA is the legal owner of Kleissler Company's Intellectual Property, including all tissue related dust control and trim system technology to include pharmaceutical technology, including local exhaust ventilation hoods, SHEF cyclone, dust separators and sampling/dispensing/process booths.

The combination of the existing product line of Brunnschweiler and the additional Kleisser technology under one roof will provide expanded technology to the tissue industry.
